North is also not much easy for accommodation search as the prices in the region are no less than £69 in the prime locations in the city as Manchester being £74, Leeds £74, Sheffield £69 and Nottingham being £76 show a 6% increase in the average rent in the country for student accommodation.
The increase is not to be paid by the students but it is eventually going to be a burden on the parents who have to pay for the rents and all other expenditures of the students. This eventually makes it clear that the locations in the south have been the major cause of the upsurge of the rents in the country especially Luton with 20% rise, Chatham with 19% rise and Bournemouth with 16% increase.
